CBD OIL: Possible Benefits in Cancer Treatment

Not a prescription drug, CBD is a simple compound found in a plant, much like you find Vitamin C in oranges. CBD is found in commercial hemp.
Unlike cannabis, cannabidiolCBD is not psychoactive so its use does not violate any laws. Although THC is the primary and most known psychoactive component of marijuana, other compounds with biologic activity are cannabinol, cannabidiol (CBD), cannabichromene, cannabigerol, tetrahydrocannabivarin, and delta-8-THC. CBD, in particular, is thought to have analgesic (pain relieving) and antiinflammatory benefits without the psychoactive effect that causes the “high” often associated with marijuana.  An animal study of the effect of CBD on cell death in breast cancer found that induced cell death and inhibited the survival of estrogen triggered breast cancer while not destroying nor affecting non-tumor breast cells.

Currently there are limited options to treat aggressive forms of cancer.  Many people experience nausea and an increased risk of infection amongst other side effects with chemotherapy.  These can be both physically and emotionally draining on the patient.  CBD may help the uptake of cytotoxic drugs into malignant cells. There is hope that cannabidiol (CBD) could be a non-toxic alternative to traditional chemotherapy which would achieve the same results without any of the painful side effects.

CBD blocks the activity of a gene called Id-1 which is thought to be responsible for metastasis of cancer cells, which is the spread of cancer cells away from the original tumor site. Past work has shown that CBD can block aggressive human brain cancers and some of the latest work has found CBD has a similar effect on breast cancer cells in the lab.  This research is still at a very early stage and will need to be followed up in human clinical trials to see if CBD is safe and whether the animal study results can be repeated.  Currently only the UK is running medical testing with CBD on human breast cancer patients. - www.cbdhempoilproductbenefits.com

CBD Oil and It's Role in Cancer Treatment

Since the mid-1970s medical scientists have known of the beneficial effects of cannabinoid compounds over cancerous cells. More recently there have been a growing number of papers published in scientific journals showing anti-tumor effects
in animals and on a cellular level.  It appears through these studies that the cannabinoid not only targets and kills cancer cells it does not affect or harm healthy, normal cells and may actually offer protection against cellular death.  As there has been no endorsement of these compounds as a cancer cure by the pharmaceutical companies and since there is no mainstream promotion not many people are aware of the benefits. CBD oil has none of the psychoactive properties of THC, the other component of the cannabis plant.  Some people have used THC oil and some have used a combination of CBD and THC oil in their treatments of various medical conditions. Although there have been stories of CBD oil having cured people’s cancer, since a cure means five years disease free, this cannot be substantiated as no one has been using it for that length of time.  The internet; however, abounds with stories from people claiming their cancer has been cured.  Some doctors don’t want to outright dismiss these stories they are just saying that more extensive studies need to be conducted.

One of the more interesting study findings recently has been researchers reporting that CBD acts as a more potent inhibitor of cancer cell growth than other cannabinoids, including THC, and noting that the compound is particularly good in halting the spread of breast cancer cells by triggering cell death.

Other potentially treatable cancers that have been shown to respond well to CBD oil extract are some forms of leukemia, lung, ovarian and brain cancers. -www.cbdhempoilproductbenefits.com

Vaporizing CBD Oil Based Vape

CBD hemp oil is a compound in cannabis (marijuana) with medical effects that is legal in  the US.  The oil can be ingested orally as a dietary supplement, but it can also be used in what is called a vaporizer.  A vaporizer can come in several varieties

Featured imagesuch as table-top or portable, digital or hands-free.  Although we are discussing the oil version of CBD it is also available for use in a vaporizer in wax form and as a dry herb.  Using a vaporizer with CBD oil is called vaping.  There haveup until now been few studies on vaporizing CBD.

In one study it was found that due to the evaporation temperature of CBD it can be released as a gas without having to burn the plant matter, which is why the oil is used.  This also helps avoid any irritation from smoking. During the study it was discovered that the maximum optimal dose of CBD that could be vaporized efficiently was 200 mg.  This is, of course, sometimes dependent on the particular vaporizer and how efficiently it heats.

CBD (Cannabidiol) is derived from the industrial hemp plant and has been shown to be helpful for health issues such as pain relief, anxiety relief, relaxation, sleeping better and well-being, as well as diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, epilepsy and cancer, amongst others.  It has many of the same properties as medical marijuana in that it has both healing and mood enhancing properties, but is 100% legal and contains no THC, which is the psychotropic portion of marijuana.  You will not get high using CBD oil!

Vaping the CBD oil eliminates a lot of the smell that you get from smoking other forms.  For use in a vaporizer you can get the CBD oil flavored and it can be used in a vaporizer pen. The pen is portable and easy to transport versus the bulkier tabletop vaporizers.  All of the types of vaporizers use a battery of some type (or an electrical cord if a tabletop version), a charger, an atomizer.

More studies will need to be performed to provide further information on the potential benefits or detriments to using CBD oil in vaporizers. CBDHempOilProductBenefits will help provide current information on vaping and other related information about CBD Oil Vapes.
